Frye’s Leap Cafe is the only eatery on Frye Island, and one of the few water-accessible Sebago Lake restaurants.  We are open daily during the summer high season and on weekends prior to the high season and up until Columbus Day weekend.

Visiting with a large group after a long day on the boat? Try out our handmade pizzas, with your choice of a multitude of fresh unique toppings, and the best regional draft beer selection on Sebago Lake. Dinner for two by the water? We’ve got you covered. We serve a limited breakfast on weekends and select holidays.
